The SLII Experience™ Course

The SLII Experience^™ offers four flexible course options designed to help you become a situational leader:

SLII One-Day In-Person and SLII Three-Session Virtual: These options focus on providing the essential mindset and knowledge to understand SLII and become an effective situational leader.

SLII Two-Day In-Person and SLII Five-Session Virtual: These comprehensive options include all the core benefits of the shorter courses plus additional skill-building activities through hands-on practice exercises. Note: Completing the longer course is required to enroll in the Training for Trainers course.

All course options guide you through the SLII model using a three-part learning path:

1. LAUNCH – Participants complete engaging prework assignments, including an assessment, to expedite the learning and frame their thinking to real-world challenges.
2. LEARN and PRACTICE – Activities teach leaders the skills and language to lead situationally. Leaders develop their new skills and practice their SLII vocabulary in activities based on personal work challenges. They learn how to match their leadership style and practice SLII conversations.
3. APPLY – Tools and resources accessible after the sessions help participants strengthen and sustain their skills in SLII.

SLII App: Practice SLII techniques, teach others, and manage one-on-one conversations effectively.

SLII Chatbot: Weekly messages provide ongoing guidance on applying SLII in your daily work.

Digital Playlist: Access on-demand videos, worksheets, and interactive resources for continuous learning and just-in-time support.
