Course Details

The Team Leadership course is an instructor-led virtual course with three two-hour sessions spread out over several days. The course provides a three-step process that includes pre-course work, engaging materials, videos, and interactive learning activities to teach people four leadership styles and when to use them to improve their teams’ collaboration, innovation, and effectiveness.

  • LAUNCH — Engage in prework assignments, including an assessment, that explain the key Team Leadership concepts.
  • LEARN & PRACTICE — Learn the team stages and leadership styles of the Team Leadership Model framework and how to observe team dynamics. Practice diagnosing teams at different stages and matching the appropriate leadership style to each.
  • APPLY — Receive a set of online tools to aid in mastering the content and using it with others.
