Leading People Through Change® Public Course

A collaborative approach to workplace change

Many organizational transformation projects fail because they need to gain traction with the people whose behaviors they are trying to change. However, when employees at all levels are involved in the process, leaders increase buy-in and commitment—critical elements for generating lasting change. Blanchard's Leading People Through Change® course teaches leaders how to collaborate to co-create the change their organization needs with the people most critical to the initiative’s success.

Course Outcomes

Change management goes from a struggle to a meaningful, committed journey when it's a collaborative process.
