The Fearless Innovation™ program empowers people to unleash the inner creativity and skills needed to be an innovator. Using an easy-to-understand model, it starts with teaching the three mindsets needed to innovate: Grace, Curiosity, and Proactivity; then a four-step process for identifying meaningful challenges that innovation can improve, generating ideas, experimenting with the idea to test its merit, and launching it into the workplace. Fearless Innovation is perfect for solving a wide range of challenges, from making incremental improvements that turn existing offerings and processes into great ones to pioneering major breakthroughs.

Course Details

The Fearless Innovation virtual instructor-led course teaches the leadership characteristics that foster a culture of innovation. Its five one-hour sessions offer participants instruction, reflection, group activities, and opportunities to use their new skills, share stories, and hone best practices as they work through a real-life innovation project.

  • LEARN & PRACTICE — 5 Virtual Sessions held weekly
