Course Details

The Blanchard Coaching Essentials course is available in-person as a one-day program (including lunch and breaks) or virtually as three two-hour sessions. Both courses include prework activities and engaging participant materials, videos, and learning activities that teach the following concepts:

  • Connect — Build trust and positive relationships
  • Focus — Identify topics and goals
  • Activate — Collaborate to develop a plan for action
  • Review — Clarify agreements and discuss accountability
